Business Resource Groups
NJR’s employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are made up of members linked by common backgrounds, cultures and interests. Open to all employees regardless of the demographic focus of each group, the BRGs provide a platform for employees to connect, collaborate and share their experiences.
Community
We pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with local organizations and nonprofits. We join their efforts to help strengthen neighborhoods and ensure sustainable communities through diversity and inclusion training and assessments.
