Leadership Team
Mr. Westhoven joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in November 1990. Currently, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of New Jersey Resources (NJR) and its principal subsidiary, NJNG.
He began his career as an engineer at NJNG before becoming a Director, and eventually Senior Vice President, of NJR Energy Services (NJRES). Later he was named Senior Vice President and COO of NJR’s unregulated businesses, NJRES, NJR Clean Energy Ventures and NJR Home Services before being named President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Westhoven earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from The Catholic University of America and serves as a member of its Board of Visitors. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Mr. Annitto joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 1996 as a wholesale natural gas marketer. During his tenure with the organization, he has served in numerous roles of increasing responsibility in physical natural gas trading, storage optimization and strategic financial commodity, hedging with more than 20 years of energy trading experience.
As Vice President of NJR Energy Services (NJRES), he leads NJR’s unregulated wholesale natural gas marketing business and is responsible for natural gas supply acquisitions, transportation and storage agreements, wholesale natural gas and financial commodity trading, hedging strategies and the continued growth of NJR’s wholesale energy business.
Mr. Annitto received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University Johnson School of Business.
Mr. Bel joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2019 as Vice President-Treasurer and Investor Relations. As CFO, he is responsible for the management of NJR’s financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, risk management and investor relations.
Mr. Bel has more than 20 years of experience in finance. Before joining NJR, he was Assistant Treasurer for Thomson Reuters. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Thomson Reuter’s Latin American operations, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for General Motors Colmotores and General Motors Venezolana and held various roles of increasing responsibility at the General Motors Treasurer’s office in New York.
Mr. Bel received a master’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru.
Mr. Casey is President of NJR Home Services (NJRHS), the appliance service and home comfort subsidiary of New Jersey Resources. In this role he is responsible for leading a team of over 150 skilled employees, overseeing all retail operations and service activities and developing new growth opportunities for the business.
Mr. Casey joined NJRHS in May 2011. He served as Assistant Vice President of Operations and Assistant Vice President and Managing Director before being named President of the business in May 2023. Prior to joining NJRHS, he had an extensive career in the accounting, home building and manufacturing fields.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University and holds a Master HVACR license from the State of New Jersey.
Ms. Cradic joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in February 2018. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Non-Utility Businesses, Strategy and External Affairs, she is responsible for providing leadership, management and vision to NJR Clean Energy Ventures, NJR Energy Services and NJR Midstream. She also oversees the company’s Corporate Strategy, Government Affairs, Communications and Sustainability functions.
Before joining NJR, Ms. Cradic served the New Jersey Office of the Governor in several capacities, including as Senior Policy Advisor, Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Cabinet Liaison before becoming Chief of Staff to the Governor. During her tenure, Ms. Cradic was instrumental in balancing state budgets and delivering policy agendas in regulatory, governmental and political environments. Prior to that, Ms. Cradic served as Deputy Director and Assistant Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
Ms. Cradic holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The College of New Jersey, a master’s degree in mass communication from New York University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
She currently serves on the Board of Governors for Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine at Seton Hall University, the New Jersey Future Board of Trustees and Executive Women of New Jersey. She is also a trustee for the NJ chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
Ms. DelGiudice joined NJR in 2022. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for implementing human capital management strategies to maximize the effectiveness of NJR’s diverse and growing workforce and overseeing core functions, including labor and employee relations, professional development and training, strategic workforce planning, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and compensation and benefits initiatives.
Prior to joining NJR, Ms. DelGiudice spent 16 years at Honeywell International most recently serving as Vice President-HR for Advanced Materials, a division of Honeywell Performance and Technologies, where she led HR strategy and execution for the global business and workforce.
Ms. DelGiudice holds a master’s degree in HR Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rutgers University.
Mr. Eckert joined New Jersey Resources in 2023 and serves as Vice President-Storage & Transportation. He is responsible for leading NJR’s S&T business, managing day-to-day operations activities, developing and executing strategic growth opportunities and driving operational and organizational efficiencies across its assets.
Mr. Eckert has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, leading functions including marketing, commercial operations, asset optimization, business development, gas scheduling, gas control, storage, operations planning, measurement and procurement across multiple natural gas pipelines.
Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Eckert was Vice President of Marketing and Optimization at TC Energy, where he was responsible for customer service, marketing and optimization of the regulated, natural gas assets across the U.S. gas and storage footprint.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance.
Mr. Johnson joined NJR Energy Services in 2002 and was named Vice President of Corporate Business Development in 2020, where he is responsible for overseeing NJR’s business development that supports long-term financial and operational goals.
Prior to joining Energy Services, Mr. Johnson was the Manager of Northeast Assets at Amerada Hess Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the natural gas positions for the wholesale and retail business units in the Northeast.
Mr. Johnson earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
Mark G. Kahrer serves as Senior Vice President-Regulatory Affairs at New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), where he oversees all aspects of the company’s regulatory affairs, gas supply, environmental services and business development efforts in RNG and green hydrogen.
Mr. Kahrer joined NJNG in 2017 as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and was promoted to his current role in 2020, when he also managed the Marketing and Energy Efficiency programs. Prior to joining NJNG, he spent 34 years with Newark, NJ-based Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and its parent, Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). Throughout his tenure with PSEG, he served in numerous capacities, including Vice President of Finance for PSE&G and PSEG Power, Assistant Treasurer and Senior Director – Business Performance and Improvement for PSE&G and PSEG Long Island. Mr. Kahrer was instrumental in starting up PSEG’s corporate risk management function, lean six sigma efforts and was instrumental in the development of the performance metric program at PSEG Long Island.
Mr. Kahrer received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Peter’s College and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Seton Hall University. He is a certified public accountant, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the current Chairman of the New Jersey Utilities Association Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee of the New Jersey Energy Coalition. Mr. Kahrer is the current Vice President of the Society of Gas Lighting, an organization comprised of executives within the gas industry. Mr. Kahrer was also a former member of the executive committee of the Board of Trustees of Saint Peter’s University where he also served as the former Chairman of the Board of Regents and former President of the Alumni Association.
Mr. Kent joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2013 and is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the risk management, internal audit, corporate security and procurement functions. He is an accomplished leader within the energy and utilities industry with 30 years of experience. Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Kent held various positions within finance and accounting at Constellation Energy, American Electric Power and NRG.
Mr. Kent holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.
Ms. Mehta joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in June 2022. Ms. Mehta serves as the secretary to the board of directors of NJR and its subsidiaries, acts as the company’s registered agent and keeper of records, provides oversight of the company’s corporate governance and supports NJR’s overall corporate legal function. Prior to joining NJR, Ms. Mehta served as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at TD Bank Group, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance, corporate governance and corporate secretarial operations for TD's U.S. entities.
Ms. Mehta received her juris doctorate cum laude from Villanova School of Law and her bachelor of science degree from Widener University. She completed an internship for Magistrate Judge Carol Sandra Moore Wells in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Board of the South Asian Bar Association of Philadelphia.
As Chief Operating Officer of New Jersey Natural Gas, NJR’s largest subsidiary, Mr. Migliaccio leads a team of more than 770 employees working to advance the utility’s decarbonization efforts, direct its infrastructure investments and grow its customer base, while managing the safe, reliable operation of more than 7,600 miles of distribution and transmission main.
Mr. Migliaccio joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2009. Throughout his tenure he has served in numerous leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Controller, Treasurer, Vice President-Finance and Accounting and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
As CFO, he led the finance and accounting team through a period of significant growth at NJR, including over $1.5 billion in infrastructure investments at NJNG, increased capital expenditures and revenue growth at NJR Clean Energy Ventures, as well as the acquisitions of Leaf River Energy Center and the Adelphia Gateway pipeline, which now form the largest pieces of NJR’s Storage and Transportation business segment.
Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Migliaccio was an accomplished leader of accounting and related functions in the energy industry having worked for Public Service Enterprise Group and NRG Energy, as well as other energy companies in New Jersey.
Mr. Migliaccio holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He serves as a member of the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and as as Treasurer on the Junior Achievement of New Jersey State Board of Directors.
As Vice President of NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV), NJR Energy Services and Corporate Strategy, Mr. Pohlman is responsible for leading and developing NJR’s renewable energy business, while also driving new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives across the company.
He joined NJR in 2011 and previously served as Vice President-Strategy, Communications, Government Relations and Policy, Managing Director-Innovation and Strategic Initiatives, Chief of Staff to the President and CEO at NJR and Director of Business Development for CEV.
Prior to joining NJR, he worked as Vice President at Citadel and Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse Energy LLC and Barclays Capital.
Mr. Pohlman earned his bachelor degree in finance and marketing from Marist College. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Mr. Reich joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in September 2006. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2021 and is responsible for developing and directing the corporate legal function and overseeing corporate compliance.
Prior to joining NJR, Mr. Reich served as an associate attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Troutman Sanders LLP, where he practiced in the areas of finance, securities and general corporate law.
Mr. Reich attended New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and went on to New York University School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Mr. Sanders was named NJNG’s Vice President-Operations in 2021 after serving as Vice President of New Jersey Natural Gas since 2019.
With his extensive industry knowledge and pipeline management experience developed over a 20-year career at the company, he is responsible for NJNG’s distribution operations and customer service, as well as oversight of its transmission operations and gas control.
Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He is also a member of the Northeast Gas Association, the Society of Gas Operators and serves on the Supplemental Gas and Transmission Measurement Committee of the American Gas Association.
Mr. Sergott joined NJR in 2006. As Treasurer, he will be responsible for NJR’s treasury functions, including resource allocation, liquidity, asset liability and financial planning. Previously, he served as NJR’s Director of Corporate Development Finance and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Before joining NJR, Mr. Sergott worked as an independent financial consultant, as well as corporate finance manager and finance director at CDI Corp. and a senior financial analyst at Salomon Smith Barney and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Sergott received his bachelor degree in finance from Lehigh University.Ms. Shea joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in June 2016. As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for advancing NJR’s strategic goals through the investment, planning and management of the company’s information technology portfolio, including information infrastructure, internet and business applications, end-user support and cyber security.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Shea served as Chief Information Officer at Godiva Chocolatier and as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger North America.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
She currently serves as vice chair of the American Gas Association's Technical Advisory Committee, as a member of the Boards of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore and the Downstream Natural Gas-Information Sharing and Analysis Center (DNG-ISAC) and as a board advisor to the Georgian Court School of Business and Digital Media.
Mr. Skrocki joined NJR in 2017 as Assistant Corporate Controller and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2021. In this role he serves as Principal Accounting Officer and is responsible for the accounting functions of NJR.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Skrocki served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Audit Director at BDO USA.
Mr. Skrocki is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University.
Marissa Travaline joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in October 2023. As Vice President of Customer Service, Marketing and Energy Efficiency, she leads the development and execution of NJNG’s customer experience strategy, customer service and call center operations, residential and commercial growth objectives and energy-efficiency programs.
Prior to joining NJNG, Ms. Travaline spent nearly 20 years working in strategic and operational leadership and other roles in the energy industry. Over the course of her career, she developed extensive experience in customer operations, customer experience, corporate external relations, investor relations and corporate communications.
Ms. Travaline holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in public relations from Rowan University. She serves on the AtlantiCare Health System Board of Trustees and the EHT Advisory Board for Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
Mr. Valori joined NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV) in 2010, and was named Vice President in 2017. He is responsible for the management, engineering, construction and implementation of multiple commercial solar projects and the execution of CEV’s project plan. Mr. Valori possesses extensive knowledge of engineering, finance and business development activities with over 20 years of experience in the energy field.
Prior to joining CEV, he served as the Renewable Energy Technical Director with the Honeywell/CSG Market Manager Team in the implementation of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, where he was responsible for managing a multi-organizational team consisting of renewable energy specialists, quality control inspectors, project managers and technical experts.
Mr. Valori holds degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology, Columbia University, New York University and the University of Pennsylvania. He served as an engineering duty officer in the United States Navy where he obtained the rank of lieutenant commander. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in business process improvement and implementation.
Mr. Velez joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in 2006, where he applies more than two decades of market knowledge and industry experience to the Energy Services business group. After holding roles of increasing responsibility at NJR, including Director of Operations and Asset Optimization and Managing Director of Trading and Operations, he was named a Vice President at NJR Energy Services (NJRES) in 2024.
As Vice President, Mr. Velez provides strategic leadership for NJR’s wholesale natural gas marketing business. He is responsible for leading the operations and asset optimization functions, maximizing the value of NJRES’ transportation and storage assets, supporting business growth and advancing its long-option strategy.
Mr. Velez is a graduate of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Mr. Wyckoff joined New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) in August 1989. As Vice President-Energy Delivery, he leads NJR’s largest business unit with nearly 700 employees including all field operations, engineering, and system enhancement, and is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of NJNG’s delivery system and the continued expansion and maintenance of the company’s distribution and transmission infrastructure.
Mr. Wyckoff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in material science and engineering from Rutgers University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
He has been a member of the American Gas Association for over 20 years, previously serving as chair of its Engineering Committee, and serves as a director on the board of the Northeast Gas Association.
